Global Development and Trade
Countries around the world experience different levels of economic development, and policy can greatly affect the outcomes of the global community and move people out of poverty. Scholars at SIEPR and the — our joint venture with ºÃÉ«App Seed — are studying critical issues that inform our understanding of human and economic development in low- and middle-income countries, as well as how public policies around the world are formulated and their effectiveness at alleviating poverty. Our scholars also study international trade’s impact on businesses, governments, and society.
